VVKI Signs MoU with Government of West Bengal for Paschimanchal Region

Vyakti Vikas Kendra India (VVKI) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Government of West Bengal for Integrated Community-Led Environmental Sustainability and Livelihood Development Initiatives in the Paschimanchal region.

The partnership focuses on groundwater recharge and watershed development, climate-resilient natural farming, horticulture, fisheries and animal husbandry, community mobilization, and the formation of Self-Help Groups and Farmer Producer Organizations.

This multi-year collaboration aims to transform fallow land across the region into productive, sustainable ecosystems — improving water security, rural livelihoods, and community ownership of natural resources.
