A New Light for Diagnostic Healthcare in Odisha

When a medical emergency strikes, every minute matters. Yet for countless families across Cuttack and neighbouring communities, accessing a CT scan has often meant travelling long distances, waiting anxiously and losing precious time.
Today, that is beginning to change.
Partnerships powering better healthcare
Project SWASTHYA KIRAN has been inaugurated at the Sri Sri College of Ayurvedic Science and Research Hospital (SSCASRH), Cuttack, bringing advanced diagnostic care closer to the communities it serves.
Made possible through the generous support of Hindustan Urvarak & Rasayan Ltd. (HURL) in partnership with The Art of Living Social Projects (VVKI), the initiative has enabled the commissioning of a state-of-the-art Revolution™ Aspire Select CT Scanner.
For patients with stroke, traumatic injuries, cancer and other critical conditions, early diagnosis can change the course of treatment - and sometimes, save a life. Equipped with this advanced imaging technology, the hospital will provide faster, more accurate diagnosis across specialties including neurology, cardiology, oncology, trauma care and emergency medicine, reducing the need for patients to travel elsewhere for essential investigations.
More than a technological upgrade, Project SWASTHYA KIRAN is about bringing hope, reducing delays and ensuring that quality healthcare is within easier reach. It strengthens SSCASRH's ability to deliver timely care while reinforcing its role as a trusted healthcare institution for Cuttack and the surrounding region.
Inspired by the vision of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the project reflects the power of compassionate partnerships to create lasting social impact.
